CG ouTing @ CameronNnn.. =p

Woohoo.. am back & here for updates!! ;p

yea yea.. i know i know.. every1's longing for my updates.. haha.. so, beep beep, here it is~

Well, well.. firstly *applause* to the great CG leader of SPCG for the effort of bugging us on our confirmation & organising this trip... THANKS Jhim.. great job done.. Though it's about 9 yrs since i last went to Cameron.. I still think... Yea man~ It's FUN!!!

Starting off with, fUn faCts bout this trip:-

Date : 21st-22nd June 2008
Venue of Stay : Heritage Hotel

On the way...UP:-

• 2 batches (of transportation) i.e. the 9.00am & 2 p.m., Jhim's (in his car-ann, anna & Matthew) & Daniel's (with Sam Pong, Jon & Vin Yee) took off at 9.00p.m. while Aaron's (Regina & I), at 2.00p.m.
• oh yea.. from Regi's blog, our whole journey was filled with my "nice" jokes.. *thx!!* & Aaron's "high"-singing session..o.O & Regi... also, ur "sexy" voices & gulps due to some1's driving.. lol
• Had some bites & "berkumuh".. regi knows what I meant haha.. at R&R Tapah...
• The journey "up" was great, we did not use the new road as planned (not intentionally ofcoz) & i liked it.. looking at the native houses.. A boy climbing an app. 3 metres high tree.. monkeys sitting side-by-side with humans..*whoa*.. "Petai" (stinks).. tapioca.. waterfalls & "pancut"s (lots of them)..lol.. observing the greens, Welcoming someone back as he admited so.. haha..& learning malay words (again...)-SUMPIT(Bamboo-blow pipe), correcting some1 on the word "winding", is "liku-liku" & not "lekor-lekor"!! My 1st time correcting some1's malay.. *yay*, most of all.. the cool breeze of the forest compared to the way down (new road)...

In all, I like the old-road more.. hehe.. except for it being very winding!! (Bro "Ah Ron", u drove well actually.. haha.. tht road wasn't easy~ BRAVO!!!)

• The length of journey wasn't really as planned.. the 2 hours drive eventually became 4 n 1/2 hours..
• oh yea, thx to Anthony, we almost headed towards Seremban. 3 of us didn't know the way to Cameron as it was Aaron's 1st time.. haha.. n me..a 9-years ago memory which might be outdated.. n regi who actually can't drive. So, Aaron took his "best" fren's advice as Jhim was doing "toilet business" at that time..n Yes.. thx to his best fren.. haha.. we wasted a "1/2-an-hour" petrol
• Next!! Thx Daniel Chong.. who brought us all the way to Kelantan!! n YES.. we did actually arrived Gua Musang (almost into Kota Bharu if we didn't stop Dan Chong who speeded confidently all the way).. n tht's bout a "1-hour" petrol.. haha.. Any1 interested in a 4-state-drive (Kelantan-Pahang-Perak-Selangor/KL)... Their the right person to call.. haha..jk!

Activities "Up-There":-

Day 1:

• Watching badminton doubles as a cg (Indon. vs M'sia).. n Malaysia BOLEH!!! We lost!! lol

• Cardz-playing..Boys: Losers kena shooting by 2 loaded toy-guns.. watching them shooting was super FUNNY!! haha..

• had dinner @ You-hoo: "dai-chow" for app. RM 15 per pax.. i like the fried mushroom.. that's smth unique!! hehe.. oh yea.. I drank lots of tea.. n yup.. i ended up havin diarrhoea during my sleep. (every 2 hours..*suffer* but thank God, there wasn't any cramp) btw, I'm sensitive to water.. drinking-water only la ofcoz.. hehe.. I have a way of adapting to the local water.. but well, I totally forgotten to do so as I was too thirsty!! haha..

• Lepak-ing the Pasar Malam at Brinchang as a CG!! I saw my SWEET POtATO BaLLs... Fav!

• Grocery Shop to pick up some tit-bits( Dan's tits *yerh*.. haha..) and drinking water..

• Starbucks @ midnight as a CG.. haha.. the waiter there knew we were from KL!! "that obvious??"

• Tried to crimple Matt's hair.. but failed.. the crimpler wasn't hot at all..AIyO!!! (due to the weather or the crimpler itself?? *no idea*)

• Oh yea b4 that, Aaron, Matthew & I were taking turn to drive.(Manual Iswara) b4 heading back to the hotel after picking up some grocers.. haha.. n eesh.. y is the clutch placed so far fr the sit.. i adjust the sit way front to the max.. n it was like a few "milimetres" more for me to hit the clutch pedal all the way down.. OMG!! In other words.. I couldn't hit the clutch pedal to the max.. but the break & accelerate pedal was fine.. *yerh* so.. My contribution on driving tru-out the whole journey was.. a "Reverse" for about 3 metres.. "driving" for bout 1 metre plus.. n that's it..=.=''' haha.. for safety sake.. haha.. Matt drove up-hill.. *great-job* (Well, he said it was quite a distance between the seat & the clutch too, which means.. I'm not THAt short lo, k.. coz Matthew found it so too!!) & yep! the rest of the credit goes to the driving instructor a.k.a. Aaron Woon.. haha..

Day 2:

• 4 of us (Anna, Matt, Vin Yee & me) went for breakfast.. food sucks.. but we had a great chat!! haha.. oh yea.. thx Matt!! now I know what "Mata-Kerbau" is.. haha
• Watched "Sponge-Bob Squarepants" (jon, u rox la.. haha) & "EURO 2008" - Russia vs Holland.. Russia won.. 3-1.. Andrel Arshavin rocks as a new guy lo!!
• Tried out the local mamaks.. i had a cup of Teh-tarik.. n it seriously taste more like SUSU MANIS tarik.. *yucks*..haha.. Great experience, I called it!

• Next stop... Strawberry farm.. hahah.. as a CG!! n it was fun.. haha.. oh yea.. our "bio-technologist" a.k.a. Mr. Aaron Woon was so excited.. he was checking out on some kind of "genetically modified" stawberries..what's the name u call it again?? haha, guess he found none.. coz he showed us capsicum instead..n yes.. guess Matthew won the customer-of-the-day award.. he bought the most strawberry products i.e. BIG fresh ones, prunes, jam..etc lol

• Petrol Station...pump petrol, to avoid taking Jhim's lesson

• it was about 12.30 by then.. n we were supposed to head towards KL.. Aaron's dream to the butterfly farm was about to shatter when he saw it on the way down the hill!! "Good for u pal.. haha.."

• Right bside it was a pool of cactus.. *Awesome*.. took some pix of it!! I would deco my house with cactus somedays.. haha.. it's lil.. but unique & tough! I jz love the feeling of looking at them.. *grin*

• Gua Musang, Kelantan!! (We took the wrong way again.. DANIEL CHONG!! haha.. the bright side of it is.. we made a record of "MERENTAS NEGERI"(not desa) of 4 states in 4 hours plus.. haha
• Lastly, Ajimal for a bite!!

On the way back to KL, the pour was heavy!!!

FGA in Cameron?? it does look like one..doesn't it?? keke.. Welcome back to KL!!! (Finally)

Hey Matthew!! All the best in Australia!!!

Thoughts:-

• it's the 1st cg outing of SPCG'08 & it's my 1st time joining a cg outing after 3 n 1/2 yrs!! haha.. =.='''
  
• I salute the 3 driving "macho-s" actually... driving for 4 hours +, to & fro, & the sleeping hours wasn't really long.. *salute* u guys deserves this---Thank you!!
• The phrase "AS-A-CG" seems to be like our tagline for SPCG.. we did loads of things "AS-A-CG".. haha.. but it was fun :)


• Though food were super expensive & the taste doesn't worth the price e.g. RM2 for a cup of teh-tarik that taste more like SUSU MANIS TARIK(I don't like milk.. n that was torturing!! haha), an omelette(Fu-yong-dan) costing us RM16..etc *WOW*!! but.. i don't mind..;P Tasting food that's "yucks" forms part of experience too.. right?! I'm glad we did not go to KFC in Cameron(initial plan).. it may cost cheaper, n definitely better.. but it's not adventurous lo.. =P..

Wrapping up, friendship bonds truly get closer when u're out for fun!! I love SPCG!! haha~ one thing I'll not deny.. We have the loudest laughs in Cameron.. everytime we laugh.. we're the limelight of the crowd.. haha.. But I enjoyed that... When's the next triP??
