All of us were still kinda in our post-holiday mood. Hence our motherly Melissa suggested
some 'feminine' sessions on the 9th January 2010!! :) It was so fun!!! *wink*
SESSION 1: Cake Baking
Pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake, baker man,
Pat me a cake, as fast as you can.
Roll it and pat it, and mark it with a 'star' ★
Put it to the oven for 'Flat 6' and me!! :)
Oh yea.. we had no mixer.. So the ingredients stirring was a 'great' experience! hahaha.. We had to stir for approx 2 hours, taking turn. :D cool or what!

Spread with choc topping, let it cool ! :)
SESSION 2: Tong Shui
Jess made us "Hak Lo Mai" (in Cantonese) - Black Glutinous Dessert.
SESSION 3: Garlic Bread Making
Melissa's secret recipe!! :) Her self-made garlic butter spread.
